Tim Kirk is Vice President of Aerospace Sector for Toray Composite Materials America. In his role, he oversees Toray’s aerospace strategy in the America’s and provides coordination on Toray’s global strategy. He is also responsible for Sales and Marketing of materials and services for aerospace in the Americas. He has been with Toray for 12 years and has held various commercial roles in the company. Prior to joining Toray, Tim was a Senior-level Supplier Program Manager for Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Seattle. In this role, he developed various capacity management and sourcing strategies using system dynamics to maximize effectiveness and minimize risk during program startup.
He sits on the Board of Directors for Toray Composite Materials America and is also an Executive Board Member of the Aerospace Futures Alliance in Washington State. He holds his private pilot’s license for single engine aircraft and enjoys amateur wildlife photography in his spare time.
